Before your appointment

  • If you become ill please cancel your appointment

  • If you were in contact or have been exposed to COVID-19 please take a test when you are notified and the morning of your appointment.

  • If you have COVID-19 please be considerate and cancel your appointment to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

  • Please avoid coming in at least 7 days after filler or botox treatments.

During your appointment

  • Please inform me if you have any current injuries that I need to be mindful of during your service.

  • Please inform me if you have any open wounds, warts, or cold sores.

  • If there is an illness you have that may be affected by any services provided by me please let me know so I can accommodate accordingly.

  • If you have any heart conditions or history of epilepsy please inform me before an LED or Microcurrent treatment.

  • If you are getting waxed please inform me the last time you used retinol.

  • Please inform me if you are asthmatic so I can avoid the use of smoke for your comfort.

Cancellation and no-show fees

  • Canceling an appointment less than 24 hours in advance will result in fees:

  • ALL CANCELATION FEES: Fee for 60 minute facial - $175; Fee for 70 minute facial - $200; Fee for 90 minute facial - $200; Fee for two hour facial - $290; Fee for back facial - $200; Fee for first time client - $200; Fee for all Add On appointments - An additional $30; Fee for brow tinting - $20; Fee for brow waxing - $20; Fee for wax and tint combo - $35; Fee for lip waxing - $10; Fee for chin waxing - $10; Fee for sideburn waxing - $20; Fee for facial cheek waxing - $20; Fee for full face waxing - $45

  • If you are running late please contact me to see if I can accommodate. If you are running more than 15 minutes late I will have to reschedule your appointment for another day.

  • If you are a no-show and cannot be contacted I will charge you the full cost of the service booked.
